HOTEL ANDAZ
The newly opened luxury lifestyle hotel Andaz, which is located in a very interesting historical, listed sugar palace building from 1916.
In addition to the 176 rooms, the hotel offers Andaz Studio 1, 2 and 3 conference spaces. The studios are fully connected with a video wall, microphone array, Barco ClickShare and the CUE control system, which can be used to easily and conveniently control audiovisual technology, lighting or air conditioning. Andaz studios are connectable up to 150 square meters and can hold meetings for 140 people.
Thanks to this equipment, the studios are ready to organize not only classic meetings and conferences, but also hybrid remote meetings thanks to the video conference camera and large-format, high-resolution displays.
Furthermore, the so-called colleges are available, which were spaces built by sugar factories in 1916 and today are used as interesting meeting spaces for various events. Mobile video conferencing kits are available here with a large display and a suite for wirelessly connecting personal devices.
The installation of the Digital Signage system is a matter of course. Before entering each conference area, 15-inch monitors are available, which display information about the events inside the individual hall.
You can also find displays in the elevators, where the staff has the opportunity to inform guests about offers and events taking place nearby or directly in the hotel.
