Pharmaceutical Roadshow
In cooperation with the Synergy Vision agency, which operates in the field of pharmacy, we implemented two pharmaceutical conferences in 2016, one in the Czech Republic and one in the Austrian capital.
AV MEDIA provided the technology for two conferences in 2016 in cooperation with the Synergy Vision agency in Prague and Vienna. Both conferences were an example of the complex services our company offers. We undertook both projects from the initial design and creation of visualization, to providing the stage, backdrops, all technology and services for implementing the film and photos for the event.
Synergy Vision chose Hotel Anděl for the Czech conference, which brought together more than one hundred participants. The scene was dominated by a 27 m2 (9 x 3m) Absen A3 Pro LED wall on which we transmitted individual presentations and which also served as the backdrop of corporate motives. In addition, we delivered two supporting 82” LCD displays so participants in the back rows could see as well. We also take care of the entire sound, effects and standard lighting, supplying designer furniture and handling of various signal sources using S3 Barco signal processor. In addition, we ensured photographic services and complete implementation of the film (rotation, production, post-production and direction) of the conference. Finally, we delivered interactive kiosks in the foyer of the convention centre.
The Vienna conference, which had a larger capacity and was technically more demanding, was held at the Imperial Riding School. The biggest difference was the size of the LED wall, which measured 48m2, for which it was necessary to build an atypical podium.
