Gala evening at the Slavic House

In April, a special dinner was held in the beautiful surroundings of the Slavic House for a client in the healthcare industry. The event was part of a congress and was intended to serve as a gathering for approximately 100 physicians focused on the topic of heart failure.

The dinner was based on a "black theatre" concept, which involved sophisticated organization using time code and special lighting effects including light bracelets. This idea proved to be a great success with great content and professional clearance.

We played an important role in the execution as we supplied the event with a 2.8 LED screen measuring 16.5x4 meters, sound equipment and lighting including UV lights. In addition, the venue was enhanced with an abundance of branding, giving the whole evening a unique character.

The set-up with an LED screen along the wider side of the Empire Hall was met with great acclaim. Photos from the event can be viewed below.
Thank you to everyone involved for a great collaboration and we look forward to more successful projects to come!
