Conference, galanight and videomapping at the Hilton Prague
A 4 day event in Hilton Prague & Hilton Prague Old Town for a global pharmaceutical company. The client had to organize the whole conference at the hotel, but wanted the event to be unique every day.
AV MEDIA EVENTS came up with multiple technical solutions for every day. The event took place in the whole hotel, with a very unique set-up in the main Congress Hall, a typical break-out rooms and other complex audio-visual solutions.
- Welcome reception with videomapping in the lobby of the hotel
- The main set-up in the Congress Hall had a projection 16x5m with 6 other projections on all sides of the hall
- In the Congress hall we installed a sound solution for two types of set-ups (2 conference set ups and for the afterparty with a band)
- Light show with almost 200 lights in the Congress hall, the event had more than 400 lights overall in Hilton Prague & Hilton Prague Old Town
