The event for Thermo Fisher in Cubex Centrum Praha was one of those that stand out for its technical and organizational complexity and success. The preparation and implementation of this event represented a perfect interplay of expertise, creativity and commitment that our company can offer. The order was confirmed by the client just 20 days before the actual date. This could normally be considered a critical timeframe, especially at the busiest time of the year. However, our team has shown that even such limited conditions are not an obstacle. The project began with intensive preparation, which had to include not only the design of the technical solution, but also its implementation in an environment with constantly changing requirements.
In the main hall of Cubex, which comprises rooms A1, A2 and A3, we created a unique technical connection including an integrated LED wall measuring 7 × 3 metres, 270° blending projection on the side walls of the hall using 12 Panasonic RQ25 projectors and table mapping on 31 tables using 31 projectors of the RZ 690, 790 and 890 models. The entire technical set-up had to be designed taking into account several changes in the distribution and connection of the halls during different parts of the event. The result was a flexible technical overhead that handled all the requirements without any quality restrictions.
Magomed Umachanov created impressive audiovisual content in our Creative Lab in less than 10 days, which included dynamic projection for the reception, AI-generated announcements of the "Avatar of Elektra", table mapping and projections for the gala evening. These comprehensive audio-visual solutions delivered an unforgettable experience for guests and underlined the prestige of the event.
The realization of the event required not only technical skills, but also maximum commitment of the entire team. The project involved not only active members of our company, but also former employees who came to help at critical moments. The presence of the Technical Director Jan Preisler and his deputy Josef Bartek during the weekend preparations shows that our company stands on a solid foundation of teamwork.
The Thermo Fisher event achieved an impressive result not only in terms of technical and organizational aspects, but also in terms of business. The turnover from this single event amounted to half of Cubex Center's annual turnover. Although the project took place during a period of enormous workload, our team managed to maintain excellence and deliver a result that exceeded expectations. We would like to thank all the team members involved in this event for their incredible dedication and professionalism. Names like David Vedral, Magomed Umachanov, Daniel Jílek, Jan Bílek, Pavel Dufek and others deserve special recognition for helping to create an event that will be remembered for a long time to come. Together we proved once again that we can do anything as a team.
