Škoda Rapid Spaceback cruised the surroundings of Lago di Garda lake
During this September and October, AV MEDIA provided for technical aspects of dynamic presentations for Škoda Auto.
Italian lanes tested the new Rapid Spaceback
Near the ancient Italian town of Verona, the new Rapid Spaceback was tried by journalists from over the world. The dynamic presentation took whole 25 days, divided into 3 locations. Journalists had an opportunity to test various types of the new vehicle both on the highway from the Verona airport and along the winding lanes leading through famous Italian vineyards to their hotel at the Lago di Garda lake, where the conference part of the event was prepared, as well as an evening programme.
AV MEDIA provided for the complete technical equipment in all the three locations, including installation and technical assistance during the whole event.
Appropriate lighting producing the right atmosphere
From the part of our customer, particular emphasis was laid on a perfect illumination of the exhibited cars and the graphic design, as well as on the exterior architectural lighting of the hotel and the adjacent garden. Throughout the hotel, we used more than 80 LED Robe Flexi and Robe Anolis lights, in addition to 40 scenic lights and entirely new exhibition lights procured especially for the event. As the “icing on the cake”, unique battery lights were employed to illuminate the space under parasols during the evening social gathering.
Uncommon approach to special requirements
During the conference part, we provided for simultaneous interpreting to up to 4 languages. All four interpreter booths were located outside the conference area, with the interpreters not seeing the speaker directly. That is why we had installed a robotically controlled camera in order to make a live transmission from the conference area available to the interpreters, from which they were easily able to translate. Another particular request by the client consisted in concealing any cabling as far as possible. In response to this, lighting and sound cables were uncommonly attached directly in the partition structures to be properly hidden and not to disturb the look of the overall space.
