Neon runners at Obora Hvězda for the third time
3200 runners attended the five kilometres long night Neon Run powered by ČEPS at Na Vypich, Prague. The event has been organized for the third time already.
It was cloudy and rainy in Prague in the morning that day. It seemed like a rainy NEON RUN. As soon as the registrations started, however, the rain stopped and Vypich was crowded with NEON RUN participants. The runners started from the large neon illuminated start corridor and ran 5 km long route with number of original sections such as falling umbrellas, light tunnel, illuminated trees and colour lit Hvězda house. The show was completed with a light trail with inflatable decorations and smart moving lights ROBE. The runners had fan running through the cloud gate with laser lights. Some new features have been implemented this year, such as the CHUPA CHUPS lollipop alley organized by AV MEDIA. Last but not least, sound has been installed in some sections of the route.
Each runner in the NEON NIGHT RUN has raised CZK 50 that will be credited to the account of the Kapka Naděje foundation fund to support the paediatric oncology in Prague. Jakub Kotek, Evropa 2 radio speaker guided the event in the afternoon and at night; the show included number of jokes and songs played by DJ.
