Circus Party at Hilton
At the end of May, Prague’s Hilton hotels organized a generous party for their clients and business partners. The event had circus for its motif.
Rich programme with circus motifs
The event offering a rich programme thematically focused on circus was attended by over 400 guests. The Hilton commercial representatives ushered their guests in circus costumes. The hotel management including the General Manager Michael Specking produced a circus show consisting in training of a bear, taming of a tiger and knife throwing.
The programme included a show by the renowned magician and entertainer Richard Nedvěd, who amused the whole Hilton Congress Hall. The guests competed for the most beautiful costume and performed varied activities in the lobby. They had an opportunity to taste candy floss, have a desired animal created from an inflated balloon or admire the craft of a number of acrobats. Naturally, such an event cannot leave out a charity tombola with valuable prizes such as stays in Hilton hotels worldwide. The yield was donated to the Tereza Maxová foundation supporting children in need.
Presentation of new technologies
AV MEDIA installed several technologies carrying the visitors to a circus environment. Specifically, they included a BARCO Ilite 6 BK mobile LED wall driven around the stage and providing a coulisse for circus arenas. The wall was complemented by two columns constructed from frameless screens. LED nets were suspended from a circular supporting structure over the stage intended as an imaging element. The video contents were processed using the Coolux technology and the atmosphere in the hall enhanced by means of Robe lights and L-Acoustics sound.
