In a situation where every minute counts and you need to quickly agree and make a decision, there is no time for mistakes. Any technical hesitation or delay can result in complications and is an unnecessary risk.
This is 100% true where major events are dealt with, for example by professional firefighters. Since video conferencing is becoming a common part of everyday communication, it is a good idea to bet on a reliable and secure solution. Just like the Fire Rescue Brigade of the Czech Republic did, as it intensively used and further developed the Cisco video conferencing solution in the spring of this year.
”The Operations Centre of the General Directorate is the point of contact. It is from there that we deal with events that affect large parts of the Czech Republic. Of course, technology helps us do this. During the state of emergency in spring, the individual units communicated together by means of video conferences,” explains Roman Bílý, Director of the Operational Management Department of the General Directorate of the Czech Republic’s Fire Rescue Brigade, from the meeting room of the Central Emergency Committee.
Complete Cisco equipment was delivered to the Fire Rescue Brigade of the Czech Republic in cooperation between AV MEDIA, ALEF and Cisco. As part of the spring project, more similar communication devices were installed throughout the country. Among others, they are also used by the Czech Police or the Vysočina Region. Thanks to them, similar professional solutions are increasingly being used outside the private sector, for example in state institutions and municipalities.
Cisco video conferencing has been used by a number of global companies, as well as Czech companies, for many years. It is a leading solution for remote communication, appreciated by time-conscious customers who do not want to compromise on quality. Above all, they expect the solution to be simple and reliable.
